An autumn preschool session is the first opportunity in the school year to capture the children in their new group. September and October are a special time: children come back from the holidays, get to know new friends, and outside the window warm colours reign. That is exactly why this is when I set up an autumn set in preschools.
An autumn set in your classroom
I bring a beautiful, cheerful set: pumpkins, leaves, toadstools and natural props in warm colours. Plus professional lighting, which keeps the colours rich and every shot sharp. As a result, the photos look as if they were taken in a professional studio, even though they are taken in a preschool classroom.
What is more, the session goes perfectly with autumn events at the preschool. It fits in with welcoming autumn, the Preschooler Initiation ceremony (Pasowanie na Przedszkolaka) or Pumpkin Day. So it makes a fun extension of nature activities.
Who is the autumn session for?
The autumn session works for all groups, from the youngest preschoolers to the reception class (the pre-primary year). I take individual portraits of every child, photos of friends together and a group photo with the teacher. Usually around 5 unique photos of each child are taken.
If there are siblings at the preschool, I invite them for a photo together. Time flies so fast, so it is worth celebrating their shared preschool journey.
Autumn preschool session — how is it organised?
I travel to preschools and nurseries in Warsaw and the nearby area, including Józefów, Otwock, Ząbki, Nadarzyn and Stara Miłosna. A session for one group (20–25 children) usually takes from about one to two hours, depending on the number of children.
I adjust the pace to the preschool’s daily routine. The youngest groups come straight after breakfast, then the older children, and finally the reception classes. After the session, parents get access to the online gallery, where they can easily choose their photos.
What can be ordered after the session?
- prints in sizes from 10×15 cm to 20×30 cm,
- a calendar with your child’s photo for the coming year,
- fridge magnets,
- a digital version of the photos,
- extra prints of favourite shots for the grandparents.
When should you book a date?
I run autumn sessions in September and October. That is why it is worth getting in touch as early as possible, because dates fill up quickly. At the same time you can plan the next seasonal sessions straight away: Christmas, carnival, spring and end-of-year.

Yes. I bring a full set of props: pumpkins, leaves, baskets and textiles. The preschool only needs to provide a room with access to a power socket.
