A Christmas children’s session is the simplest way to capture the magic of Christmas in photos you will come back to for years. Every year in my studio in Gocław, Warsaw, I prepare atmospheric Christmas sets. In this post you will find the dates for 2026, the packages and tips on how to prepare your child.

What does a Christmas children’s session in the studio look like?
The studio is in a cosy flat, so children quickly feel at ease here. Three Christmas scenes are waiting for the session. This way a single session produces a variety of family and children’s shots.
It is not just a backdrop. The set is filled with props, warm blankets and the glow of fairy lights. So little hands have something to do, and every shot comes out natural. I go for a timeless style, because such photos still delight many years later.
Wardrobe and styling on site
You do not need to buy Christmas outfits. In the studio there are dresses for mums and daughters, jumpers for boys, as well as headbands and Santa hats. If you have favourite outfits, though, feel free to bring them. Together we will put everything together so that the family forms a coherent composition.

Christmas children’s session packages 2026
- Christmas Mini session — PLN 600: 6 photographs in 3 set-ups (2 family, 1 children’s), photos in digital form.
- Christmas Max session — PLN 1,200: 16 photographs, digital and printed in a Christmas presentation folder. For sessions held by the end of November I add a small concertina album.
An extra photo in either package costs PLN 50. Preparing the photos takes about 10 days, so you will be in time for cards and presents. You will find a full description on the Christmas session in Warsaw page.
Dates — when to book?
In November I only have three weekends available. That is why these dates run out faster than for any other session in the year. It is best to book a date in the first half of November, because then I will have time to prepare the albums and concertina albums before Christmas. So it is worth getting in touch as early as October.

How to prepare your child for Christmas photos?
- Choose a time of day when your child is usually well rested, for example after a nap.
- Bring a favourite snack and a toy for the break.
- Tell your child about the session as if it were a game in a Christmas house.

The outfits are waiting in the studio, so all you need is a good mood. You can also bring your favourite Christmas socks, because those who come unprepared pose barefoot.
