Christmas atmosphere at your preschool
In preschools, the run-up to Christmas is a time of nativity play rehearsals, decorating the rooms and making ornaments for the tree — and a Christmas photo session is a wonderful addition to this special time. A beautiful Christmas set in traditional browns and reds puts the children in a festive mood. The photos are taken in October and November so that the keepsakes reach families in time for Christmas.
A Christmas gift for the grandparents
Christmas photos from preschool are the most popular keepsake of the year — beautiful prints, calendars with your child’s photo or fun photo magnets make a dream gift for grandmas and grandads. Parents order them easily through the online gallery, and the printed photos are delivered to the preschool before Christmas.
Portraits, group photos and photos with friends
During a Christmas session at preschool every child gets their own “5 minutes”. After a short getting-to-know-each-other, I take individual portraits of them in the Christmas set. Usually that is around 5 unique photos with different props and accessories, for example on the rocking horse, on a sledge or with other fun props. Children really love them.
I also take photos of friends together and a group photo of the whole class. On request, I also photograph siblings who attend the same preschool— a touching keepsake of this joyful time of childhood,

When do the Christmas sessions take place?
I run Christmas sessions in October and November so that the prints and calendars reach families before Christmas. That is why it is worth booking dates as early as September.
Can the photos be ordered as a Christmas gift?
Yes — it is the most popular option. Parents most often choose prints and calendars with their child’s photo for the grandparents.
Is the Christmas set included in the price?
Yes, I bring a complete set with a Christmas tree and decorations. This means the preschool has no extra organisational costs.
Do you take photos with Santa?
Yes — the session can be combined with Santa’s visit to the preschool. Shots with Santa always bring the children the most joy and are the hit of December orders.
What clothes should we choose for the Christmas session?
Children’s clothes should be comfortable, and the second important criterion is their style and colour. The Christmas session is in warm reds and browns, so plain-coloured dresses are ideal for girls. They can be red, gold or green. Mums of girls - think about smart little shoes. Nothing spoils a Christmas outfit like preschool slippers :) For boys, I recommend plain white trousers or other festive shirts, and jumpers with an interesting texture. Let’s avoid colourful prints. Let’s go for the classics :)
